Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Welcome to Bridebase. Bridebase is operated by Hannah Morrison, a sole trader trading as Bridebase ("Bridebase", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Bridebase is a digital wedding planning assistant. We provide checklists, budget tools, guest list management, AI guidance, and curated product recommendations. Bridebase is an informational and organizational tool — it is not a substitute for professional financial, medical, or legal advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 16 years old to use Bridebase, and you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for purchases made through the checkout.

Bridebase Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription or a one-time "Wedding Pass." Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the AI chat, attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape the service, interfere with security, infringe intellectual property, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

6. Intellectual property

Bridebase and all related software, content, designs, branding, and documentation are owned by Hannah Morrison or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the service.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. guest lists, notes). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Third-party links

Bridebase recommends products and services from third parties (including affiliate links). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Bridebase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
