Refund Policy

Bridebase is operated by Hannah Morrison, trading as Bridebase. We want you to love Bridebase. If it's not the right fit, we offer a clear refund window in line with our reseller Paddle's policies.

14-day money-back guarantee

Both the Monthly subscription and the one-time Wedding Pass are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase.

Monthly subscription renewals

For recurring renewals after the initial 14-day window, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where the renewal was unexpected or unused. To avoid future renewals, you can cancel anytime from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Wedding Pass (one-time)

Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email support@bridebase.app from the email on your account and we will help process your request with Paddle.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
